Everyone starts somewhere.

If this is your first race with us, you belong here. No one expects perfection. You will miss braking points. You will get things wrong. That is part of it. What matters is how you show up.

Drive with respect. There are real people behind every car on that grid. Give space, avoid reckless moves, and think about the race beyond your own position. Earn your results, winning means nothing if it comes from pushing others off or taking shortcuts.

Listen to the Race Director. Decisions are final. You may not always agree, but respecting them is what keeps everything fair and moving forward.

Accept the outcome. Good races, bad races, penalties, mistakes, own them, learn from them, and move on. The drivers who grow fastest are not the ones who avoid setbacks. They are the ones who face them and come back better. Show your character when things don't go your way. That is when it counts the most.

Ask questions when you need to. Help others when you can. The strongest grids are built by drivers who support each other.

And along the way, make friends. That is where the best memories come from.
